Real challenges. Thoughtful software.
I’m Kishan Kumar, a full-stack Java developer and the maker of Auvatrix. From application support at Ansh Soft Tech to web and mobile development at Cashpor Micro Credit, I have worked on lending, digital signatures, employee services and complex operational workflows. I also build personal products, including NEXA Interview AI, EasyMsg, WorkPlace AI and Explainly AI.
NEXA Interview AI
An Auvatrix venture for simpler hiring: create jobs, add candidates from resumes, invite them to interviews and review their answers in one place. AI offers structured feedback; your HR team makes the decision.
Built a connected hiring workflow with a recruiter workspace, candidate interviews, resume extraction, voice interactions and human review.
- Built the Angular recruiter workspace for jobs, candidate tracking, resumes, interview status and evaluation review.
- Developed Spring Boot APIs for jobs, candidates, interview rounds, transcripts and billing.
- Created bulk resume import with AI-assisted extraction of candidate details, experience and skills.
- Integrated AI to prepare relevant questions and summarize candidate answers for recruiter review.
- Connected screening and skills interviews through a private candidate invitation link.
EasyMsg — AI Message Generator
An Android messaging product published on Google Play, designed to make everyday communication easier. This was an important step from contributing to organizational systems to taking a personal product through development and publication. It also helped shape the curiosity behind my later AI applications and Auvatrix.
Built and published EasyMsg, bringing message-generation and direct messaging workflows into a practical mobile experience.
- Developed a personal Android product focused on messaging.
- Published the app on Google Play.
- Designed the user journey around quick, useful communication.
Bonus & Claim Application
An employee application developed at Cashpor Micro Credit, focused on bonus and claim-related business workflows. The work connected user-facing screens with the application and data layers.
Contributed to Bonus & Claim Application development as part of a wider portfolio of employee and operational systems. Worked with colleagues to understand requirements, investigate issues and support usable application flows.
- Developed bonus and claim-related application modules.
- Coordinated requirements, testing feedback and issue resolution with team members.
- Applied full-stack development skills across application workflows and data handling.
Attendance Applications
Dedicated attendance applications alongside the employee self-service HRApp. This experience sits alongside HRApp’s employee services and branch-mapped attendance. It involved connecting the mobile workflow with the wider employee application experience.
Built attendance-related APKs to support workforce processes. The HRApp project below includes the branch-mapped geofencing workflow.
- Built mobile attendance experiences.
- Worked across attendance and employee application workflows.
Sugam Mobile Application
Supporting CM and BM teams in the lending process for women in rural communities. The focus was practical field operations: making application steps understandable for the staff using them in their daily work. I collaborated with the team as workflows were developed and refined.
Worked on the mobile application used by field and branch teams to support microfinance loan distribution.
- Supported workflows used by CM and BM teams in rural lending.
- Contributed to a mobile experience that helps staff carry out their lending activities.
eSign & Digital Signature
From a Base64 document to a signed PDF, with verification steps along the way. This work required coordinating several dependent steps in one document journey, so user feedback and the order of operations mattered as much as the individual integrations.
Implemented a document-signing journey that brings PDF preview, identity checks and signature placement into a connected workflow.
- Converted Base64 content to PDF and displayed the document for review.
- Validated the user’s mobile number with an OTP.
- Integrated a 10-second video step using facial expressions and eye blinking for liveness confirmation.
- Placed the captured signature at specified PDF coordinates and stored the signed document on AWS.
Cashier Appointment & Collection
A clear way to select collection and vault-reconciliation responsibilities for the day. The module connects responsibility assignment with an approval step, making the daily branch workflow explicit. It is part of my experience translating operational processes into application modules.
Built a workflow for assigning who will collect cash at a branch and who will reconcile the vault, with senior-level approval.
- Enabled daily selection of staff responsible for branch cash collection.
- Included selection of the person responsible for vault reconciliation.
- Routed the selection to a senior for approval.
HRIS Web Application
Employee records, transfers and HR access management in a connected web application. The application brings several HR responsibilities into a shared environment. My contributions covered both employee-facing information and the administrative features used to manage it.
Worked on HR modules that support employee information, staffing and administrative operations.
- Personal and professional employee information entry.
- Employee transfer workflows and staffing modules.
- Module-level access for HR users and user-management features.
- Next-of-kin relationship entry and its dashboard.

HRApp Mobile Application
Employee information and everyday HR services, with branch-mapped attendance. The work connects employee information with practical mobile services. Branch mapping and location-aware attendance are important parts of this experience.
Worked on the mobile HR experience for viewing employee details and using essential HR services.
- Personal and professional details available in the mobile app.
- Visibility into bonus, loan and leave information.
- Attendance marking with geofencing mapped to the employee’s branch.
Sugam Web Application
